Speedy service
Speedy service - we had chosen where we wanted to go. Friendly staff - helpful answering any questions we had. Took the onus off me with the booking and trying to print out documentation/using phone etc

Very helpful
Very helpful. Shop was having some electrical work done but still focused on the holiday. Said we could come back in the new year to add any extras - luggage, transfers etc.

Colleagues are very friendly
The colleagues were very friendly, helpfull and knowledgable on the holiday we wanted. They were bubbly and had a nice sense of humour. Even the manager had a sense of humour.
Going forward i will be doing more holidays through this branch of Hays.
