The lady who dealt with me was great
The lady who dealt with me was great. She asked questions about what I wanted from a holiday and made notes before she even opened her computer. Listened to what I said and took her time. She was knowledgeable about the destinations I was interested in and was careful to keep my budget in mind. Thoroughly professional

Excellent service (as usual!!)
Rachal got quotes for me which she emailed to me.
She was friendly and booked my holiday. I wasn't hurried during the process as it was done in a relaxed atmosphere.

The agents are lovely and friendly. They go to great lengths to get you the holiday of your choice. They always say after your holiday let us know how it went. I will always use hays travel when booking for the great deals .

Once again, excellent customer service and won't hesitate to use for our next trip
Called in to check out options for a trip planned for next year. Within 45 minutes we had booked as we had been given excellent advice and numerous ideas as to what would suit our needs. We popped in with a friend who was able to book their own flights and hotel to join us even though they are flying from a different airport. Even better, after looking in to it for us, they were able to time everyone's flights to allow us to meet at the destination airport and travel to the hotel together. We won't hesitate to use them for our next trip.

Amazing staff
