I have now booked 3 holidays with Hays to be taken over the next 18 months. Service is always with a smile, never rushed and all questions or queries are always answered, no matter how trivial they might seem. I booked with Sarah but when I had a query and it was a day Sarah was not working the rest of the team were equally capable of providing an excellent service.

My wife was looking for a holiday, the first one in 6 years, due to COVID and other problems.
We have been to Menorca before, and we thought of going again, so we visited the Hays Travel shop in Hull, and then we were seen to by a lovely lady called Leanna, who was very helpful and knowledgeable so we booked a holiday
