My wife and I love our holidays. We have been booking with Hays for years. The staff are always professional and helpful, often giving us their recommendations for resorts. Just like talking to old friends. I can only award 5 stars, but would love to award more.

Dealt with immediately. Very knowledgeable agent who took time to check costs of different dates.
We mentioned a cruise and came home with full knowledge of a cruise in Nov 2027,costs,flights etc etc

Was in twice over the weekend of my…
Was in twice over the weekend of my booking , and only concern was when i asked about a certain destination, which was budapest the girl didnt even look it up or say we dont cover it which i found a strange as it seemed she was trying to push certain destinations . Which i didnt mind as they were also on my list as a choice .
Other than that when booking on the sunday the girl was very helpful and polite and very good to deal with .

Very helpful staff and tried many different places and hotels and all different prices that suited our needs and requirements. Were honest about places if they had stayed in what they thought of them and I really liked that felt soo at ease talking to them

I recommend Hays to everyone I know as I have never been disappointed by any holiday they have booked for us.
