Lorraine was great
Lorraine was great, booked our holiday with ease. I then realised after I left the travel agency the dates I chose weren’t suitable for me, should have checked my commitments first!
Contacted Lorraine at Newton Mearns who changed the dates for me with no problem.
So a great experience.

Mark made everything very easy
Mark made everything very easy, we were trying to book a 5 night break with Jet 2 online for 8 adults and 5 children and were having trouble getting child free places, for whatever reason it worked in the store and Mark found 3 child free places which saved around £1500

From the moment I walked in i was met by a smiling happy lady who went above and beyond to help me find the holiday I was looking for and could afford.
She was patient and clicked on a number of suggestions I put to her but didn't give up.
I left a very happy person with the holiday I didn't think I could afford but she found it for me.
