I was very impressed with Shona in yhe Newry office,very nice personality & took me through my consult & booking with ease and patience.She was willing to check and explain all the possibilities & prices to suit me.
Thus is my first time using Hayes Travel in Newry which was recommended to me by my brother who has since booked though Hayes to join us on the same holiday. I will definitely return to Hayes Travel snd have already recommended it to others who are planning holidays.

I made the enquiry on Saturday…
I made the enquiry on Saturday afternoon and was quoted the advertised price.
When I rang on Sunday to confirm the booking, I was told that the price had been increased by £100.00 per person.
I understand the concept of live pricing, but this seemed at best excessive, and at worst, well, better not to say anything.
Had my wife not had her heart set on this holiday, I would personally not have taken the booking.
