All the staff were extremely friendly…
All the staff were extremely friendly when I went into the shop. I was trying to find a cruise and I was struggling where to go. After plenty of ideas and a few emails always answered swiftly I managed to book one with the help of Sofia. The booking experience was very easy to do and set up a monthly direct debit. A very good experience.

The place to go for an outstanding experience

Suzanne was amazing.
We popped in to the Newbury branch late on a Saturday afternoon and wanted to book a last minute holiday. This did not phase Suzanne at all and she gave us plenty of choices within our budget and we left having booked a holiday that we can’t wait to go on.
First time booking a holiday in an actual travel agent in ages. I think I will go back to next time I am looking to book my next holiday

Once again Sam came up trumps and priced our 4th holiday up cheaper than any one else.
This time he had his work cut out as tui offered us 150 return price off too.

Branch staff hampered by Hays systems.
The staff in the branch were very helpful but were obstructed by the booking system. We found a holiday we would like on your web site and went into the branch to book it. They had great difficulty finding the holiday and when they eventually did we were able to book it. This took 1 and 3/4 hours. We then received some information about the booking from Vista who turn out to be a Hays subsiduary. This included an information sheet on how to check in with Ryanair. However this did not work as the branch had to do it. We now find that the booking information supplied does not tell us how much baggage we have booked and so we will have to contact the branch again to find out. In each instance the brach were helpful but appear to be hampered by Hays internal systems or lack of proper training

We're sorry to hear that the booking process took longer than expected. The delay was due to a challenge in locating the supplier listed on our site, and we understand how frustrating that can be.
Just to clarify, Vista is our in-house tour operator, and they are aware about the Ryanair check-in instructions being incorrect so we apologise about this.
We'll also be sending your luggage allowance details via email shortly.

Great service from Jared

the staff were helpful but improvements need to the layout of the monitors
the staff were helpful but it was difficult to see the computer screen where it was situated on the desk and the monitor was too small to see things clearly it would be better mounted on the wall above the desk so customers can see it without one of the having to crane their necks and more comfortable chairs please not so low
