Stress free booking
Sarah, at Hays Travel New Milton recently helped us book our trip to Australia. Sarah was very helpful and took time to find us the right airline, with good flight times, and a lovely stop over hotel in Hong Kong with transfers. We will definitely use Hays to book our next holiday.

After initially being a bit put off as…
After initially being a bit put off as they couldn’t deal with me, and asked me to come back I an hour! However when I did return the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and helped me get a gift voucher for a Big Birthday present.

First class customer service
Sarah gave us first class customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure our cruise holiday booking was exactly what we wanted. She took her time taking us through the whole process from choosing the ship the exact cabin and of course the destination. The special needs requirement for my husband in case of any emergency on board was also fully explained. I would definitely recommend Hays Travel.

Helpful guidance to naive, late bookers for Madeira.
We were late in booking our holiday to Madeira but the lady helped enormously, guiding us through the options and making her own suggestions from her own experiences of the country.
We have not had a holiday abroad for over 10 yrs. so we very much appreciated her knowledgeable and helpful advice and guidance.
