Very friendly helpful staff ours was called Kirsty
Very friendly helpful staff ours was called Kirsty. We went in with no particular resort or destination in mind only that we wanted to travel in September. Kirsty found us some lovely resorts and hotels in the end we choose Morocco where none of us have been before looks a fabulous place also a good deal.

Top Class Customer service Hays Travel
Customer service representative Courtney was very helpful throughout advising and checking my booking after originally formulating a plan for my holiday / trip.
Even with minor amendments and adjustments, the customer experience has been very beneficial and communication has been very clear throughout with the best advice given including dates to avoid peak times.
All details and advisement has been done very well including making sure was on the correct website for my travel visa and getting the holiday experience booked.
