Friendly and at short notice arrange professionally a cruise for my respite holiday. Any queries I had afterwards were answered satisfactorily.

I have booked travel through Hays for the past five years…
I have booked travel through Hays for the last 5 years as I find they make the whole process much easier. This includes West End shows and organised trips. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Scarlett and Emma went the extra mile to ensure we booked our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble from finding out flight times and liaising with Cunard even though flights had sold out from Manchester they made it possible. Looking forward to our amazing holiday, thank you xx
