I went into Hays Travel to book a…
I went into Hays Travel to book a cruise for myself and my daughter, her partner and two grandkids. The member of staff was very helpful, explained everything as we went along printed off information for me and just couldn’t do enough.
It made the process so much easier for me than trying to do it myself online.
I would certainly use Hays Travel again they were brilliant.

It had been a while since we had booked a holiday abroad, and had always said we would try Hays. We were not disappointed. The staff are very informative and helpful, it was lovely to be greeted with a smile and feel welcome.
