Fantastic friendly staff at the Milngavie branch. You can sense their togetherness as a team and clearly have a wonderful manager. The calmness in the branch and the friendly way Yvonne handled my enquiry and booking exceeded my expectations. I have booked online the previous years. After yesterday I fully intend to keep things more personal. This experience provided great reassurance and offered competitive value.

Yvonne was very knowledgeable on different areas and accommodation. She was very patient and polite. She asked what our ideal holiday would be and even though we felt it would be out of our budget she found us the perfect hotel and destination within our budget. We will definitely book with her again.

Pleasant and efficient service
Nicole who dealt with my travel request was efficient and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and explained various aspects of the holiday I was interested in booking in a very pleasant manner. Nicole also suggested several was of taking travel currency.

Yvonne was friendly and professional giving lots of useful advice as we were looking to fly from a different airport than usual .
She called back as promised with the relevant information and talked us through our holiday .
She found us an amazing deal with a free child place .
We booked and were told to feel free to pass in or call if any questions arise.

Went through all the potential locations and Yvonne used her personal experiences to highlight the pros and cons.
The whole process was made an enjoyable experience by Yvonne and we booked what will hopefully be a fantastic holiday.
