Expertise and professionalism
I had been apprehensive about booking my flights to New Zealand and Jonathan was very reassuring. He explained all aspects in detail and flagged up issues that I would not have thought of. I now feel that I can look forward to my trip rather than worrying. I shall certainly use Hays travel for future ventures!

Kadie and Pauline were absolutely excellent. Kadie calmly sorted out cheaper, shorter and more direct routes for my journey to Melbourne, and took me through the Visa process.
Overall very satisfied.

Fabulous Service
We were really warmly welcomed as we walked through the door. A great start! Jonathan was so helpful in searching out different options for us to choose from until together we found exactly what we were looking for.
