We had an a extremely good experience booking our holiday. Julie was exceptionally patient and really helped us decide which cruise would suit us best. We would defiantly go back to Hays Travel and hopefully receive the help of Julie again.

Trustworthy local agent
Return visit to the same member of staff. George is friendly, knowledgeable and good at listening. He advised us very well & we enjoyed both the holidays we booked through him very much.
The agency has some good deals. We enjoy having a local travel agent we can trust. Thank you very much! Will definitely be back.

Julie was a star !
Julie, at the Mapperley branch, was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It was like talking to an good friend. She was knowledgeable and efficient. Our booking was not straightforward, but she went out of her way to find the right holiday for us. I cannot praise Julie and the team, highly enough.

Julie looked after me with my travel companions Karen and David. She dealt with all our requests in a professional , informative and friendly manner.
Nothing was too much trouble for her.
