The girl at Macclesfield branch was fabulous she found us a brilliant deal and got us discounts sorry I can’t remember her name but she was fabulous

Booked a holiday not knowing it was a 18-30s and at 68 not for us my fault for just asking for it but the next day after doing it as a surprise birthday present my partner pointed it out so she went back to the shop and it was changed to a much suitable holiday with no problem thanks to Emily great service I have used Hayes travel many times before.

The whole experience was great ! The ladies in the shop were all very friendly .

We called in Friday morning with our requirements . By Friday afternoon I had received a telephone call and an email with holiday suggestions .

Holiday booked Saturday morning and both my husband and I felt the staff had gone beyond what we expected , to ensure our holiday will be perfect .

Fabulous service as usual, Claire is amazing at finding just the right holiday for us. This is the 2nd holiday we have booked with Claire and Hays this year.

Emily was professional in everything she did and had the patience of a saint thank you Emily for making our experience great nothing was too much for her a big thank you to all team at Macclesfield.

I have been going to Hays in Macclesfield for 3 years now. I have always found all the staff very helpful indeed. I am a solo traveller and not very good at making arrangements, but each member of staff have always been very friendly while still being professional. I will continue to go there and also recommend them to friends.

As always excellent service from Claire and her colleagues. This was a tricky one to book with unpredictable flight availability from Ryanair

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Didn’t feel rushed in any way to make a decision, staff genuinely wanted me to be happy with my booking. Listened and guided to make our holiday perfect in every way. Made everything easy for us so the trip was seamless - would definitely use again.

The girls that work in the travel agents are so nice ,your made so welcome, poppy who tuck my booking was so lovely,they were very helpful that's why I always go to them to book a holiday.

Hays Travel in Macclesfield always provide us with the best service when looking at holiday options. They are genuinely the nicest people to deal with and because of this we have used them consistently over the last six years.

The staff are incredibly helpful. They offered advice and places to see, which areas are good and made sure we had everything we needed for our holiday. We have booked our holidays with hays for the past 2 years and will continue to go with them because they are very helpful and friendly.
