I phoned and he was out of office until the next day, so I messaged him because it was something that needed booked quickly before it sold out and he returned my message and then phoned me and I got everything sorted there and then. He was a great help.

I had seen the holiday advertised on Fb I sent a private message it took 3 days to get back to me by then the holiday was booked with Louis he’s a credit to the company and hope he is still working with hays when I book my next holiday
