Claire went above and beyond to help us tailor our holiday to meet all of our needs. This was challenging as there was appoximatley 5 families with children. But Claire dobe it effortlessly.

Always friendly, helpful and professional
I was assisted by Emma at Hays Travel Llantwit Major in booking a city break to Bilbao. I regularly use this branch as all the staff are great.

Emma at Hays Travel in Llantwit Major was so friendly and helpful. In the last month we have booked two holidays with her, one for 2026 and one for 2027. On both holidays she was able to get us an extra night and was even able to price match the holiday. Her advice and knowledge was greatly received.
