Prompt efficient customer service
I was very impressed with the service I received from the Llantwit Major branch. I emailed a random enquiry for a trip which was responded to very quickly with several suggestions for me. When I decided on an option for my trip this was booked very efficiently. Special mention for Sandra who helped me throughout

Was recommended by a good friend to try the team at Hays Llantwit and we wasn't disappointed. Sandra found use a very competitive deal and even had a few upgrades that other travel companies couldn't offer and got free VIP lounge at Heathrow . We can wait for our American trip.
