Looked online and then went to Hays, the staff member found the same holiday for £300 less so more than happy and purchased some currency for my holiday to Morocco

Holiday of a lifetime
Popped into Hays today as we were looking to book a holiday to Lapland for around the end of December.
Our fabulous agent Nicola sat with us for over an hour searching different hotels and lodges to fit us in 5 adults (one 16year old) and two children.
She only managed to find us a fabulous break for over the xmas period never thought we would be able to afford it for that time the children will be thrilled going to Santa’s home!!!!!
The store was really busy but we never felt rushed or we were taking too long Nicola made sure we got the perfect holiday

We were undecided resort but Joanne explained all the places around Estopania to visit especially with our grandchildren and have been booking with Jet 2 for flights aswell and they fly from LIVERPOOL

Reasons to use Hays Travel
Nicola was extremely helpful sorting out flights, transfers and our hotel with cost options given.

Service that goes above and beyond spent most of my life travelling…
I have spent most of my life travelling around the world for work and pleasure sorting my own travel plans or using airlines and agents what I can now say is this experience using your agent Sarah was without doubt the best experience I have had she was so helpful from the beginning and knowledgeable about what we wanted giving us multiple choices to help us get the best outcome. Joanne was super. Very helpful. Efficient and friendly. I went in on the Tuesday and returned on the Thursday with 2 friends to book. They even got us a coffee while she sorted our holiday.
