Booked another holiday, this time with Holly she was very helpful & knowledgeable. Very efficient within her role, nothing is too much trouble. Overall I have booked many holidays in branch and all the staff are lovely & very accommodating.

Helpful to first time cruisers
We have never cruised before but the staff were very knowledgeable regarding the different Cruise lines and also the cabin location. They also price matched a deal we had found elsewhere.
