Five star service
I went into hays travel in larne to book disneyland and everything was taken care of by Cameron. Cameron was really helpful and nothing was ever to much hassle for her. Next time I ever need to book I will definitely be back to see Cameron. She is a real asset to hays travel l.

A very patient travel agent.
The travel agent went above and beyond to help me with a blunder i made when booking.
She was so patient,, and very good on that computer sorting dates out.
I dont know if i can give her name on here, and would not do it without her consent.
But i would definitely book with this travel agent again.

The young lady (so sorry, I forget her name) was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and patient.
She did many searches to find the best holiday for me. Nothing was a bother to her.

Very quick to answer messages
Very quick to answer messages, helpful and pleasant on the phone. I asked questions about busyness of resort, where hotel was located, amenities etc and the staff member was knowledgeable and helpful.
Would definitely use hays travel again.

I was extremely satisfied
I was very satisfied with the service provided by Catherine in the Larne Branch. She was professional, friendly and helpful.
Previously, I would have made bookings myself on-line, but I wanted the security and advice of a Travel Agent, and choose Hays.
What would have taken me a considerable time,with possible some stress, was done quite simply, and with a lot of background information.
