Friendly knowledgeable staff. As an older couple booking a holiday the staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. We will go back to tell them how the holiday was.

Always very helpful, take a real interest in your enquiry. Leave you feeling confident with your travel arrangements. Staff very pleasant, knowledgable and will take additional advice from colleagues if they have any questions they are not totally sure about. Always use Hays Travel

Friendly, professional and very helpful, Kim, at the Largs branch, assisted us greatly with outstanding advice and assistance for an older couple who rarely use I.T. or computers. Excellent service with impartial advice we have booked a holiday in the sun. Highly recommend Hays at Largs

Kim was extremely helpful when we visited the office and responded extremely quickly by email to any queries we had afterwards.
Her advice was invaluable and we booked a family for 9 people through Hays.

Excellent service
I was online for over a week trying to decide on a holiday for me and my daughter but was exasperated seeing so many poor reviews for hotels . After one quick call to Heather at Hays Travel in Largs she found me a fantastic holiday. Yes the holiday she found was approx £100 more expensive than online but it was a better holiday and she booked everything from transfers baggage and insurance . Can’t wait to go now in 8 days Thankyou Hays Travel Largs !

Excellent help from Kim sorted everything for me within an hour
I contacted Kim to ask for prices for my family she was only to happy to help. Then everything was done over messenger and payment for deposit in less than hr. Fab service and fab customer service from Kim. Thankyou

Just bought some travel money from Hays…
Just bought some travel money from Hays travel in Largs!! I didnt read the small print and got a lower rate than was advertised on line so I questioned this !! The staff were brilliant and called head office to explain the situation!! The manager then cancelled my transaction and reissued my travel money at the higher rate!! First class service from the whole team!!
P.s remember and read the small print!!
