Yet again Emma has gone above and beyond. We also recommend Hays Knaresborough to some friends. Grace and Emma managed to find them the perfect holiday at the right place aswell. We have since booked another trip. It's so good to have a group of people that listen to your needs/wants and finds the perfect break from start to finish
