Very pleased with the service.
We went into Hays only knowing we wanted a cheap last minute holiday, destination and type not Shaw. Becky at the Kettering branch with out rushing us found us a great deal and location. She was very friendly and attentive. Also helping us book in.Thanks Becky.

We went with a very specific set of requirements and the sales lady Angela went above and beyond to find us exactly what we wanted. Her patience and knowledge was exemplary and cannot thank her enough for making the whole experience painless and pleasant.
