I was very impressed with the service and knowledge of Janice McCallum at High Street Johnstone Branch. Her knowledge of the different cruise lines and ports of call was exceptional to allow me to book the cruise which suited me best. In addition her knowledge of the ship and guidance for boarding, disembarking and onboard aspects were invaluable.

The staff were very helpful and made everything easy to understand and answered all questions with lots of information.

Yvonne in Johnstone Hays Travel shop did all the booking for us although we have always done it on Internet ourselves. It was for us a different type of booking but she did everything so easy. We are well chuffed.
