Easy Peasy
From contacting Jo with what we had in mind to being sent various packages was so quick, she was fab in responding to my messages, after we decided which package to book it was so easy, Jo then came back and informed us that work was going on next to the hotel, we decided to opt for one of her other recommendations, no problem all sorted. Joanne sent us quite a fewhappy customer different…
Joanne sent us quite a few different hotels and prices for the resort we requested , we chose one to suit and she booked everything , making sure we all had different payment methods as thrre is a family travelling together , she will be sending all passes etc as the holiday gets nearer.....took all the stress away.

Joanne listened to where and when I wanted to travel and came up with the hotel, flight and luggage at a price which was perfect for me .this was all done within an hour and booked . Also she posted out ticket information the following day . Absolutely brilliant.
