Joanne gave us a couple of options for holidays based on our chosen location and helped us narrow it down. Second time we’ve booked a holiday through Joanne and would highly recommend.

The travel agent was very helpful in choosing and finding the most suitable cabins for our cruise as we wanted adjoining cabins. And we were advised about booking coach transfers. Everything was explained thoroughly and helpfully.
