Everything was so easy to do, all by email everything done in a timely manner. Would 100% book through Jacqueline again. Price of the trip was reasonable and the hotel resort was fantastic

Always goes over and above
I had always booked holidays through a high street shops as it always felt more personal but saw that Jacqueline had some deals up on her Facebook page. We booked up for Turkey and the support and contact was second to none, Jacqueline answered all our questions with such ease and went way above what we expected, We are due off in a couple of weeks on another trip and without a doubt we will be back to book again, Keep up the fantastic work Jacquline.

Booked up a few times now using Jacqueline at hayes travel & can’t fault them one bit. Great customer service from the get go & took everything out of our hands to deal with it herself. From America to trips in Europe! Wouldn’t look elsewhere to book up holidays anymore.

Great Experience
Booked our holiday in the Dominican Republic through Jacqui, constantly been in touch with updates making sure we’ve checked in, got our immigration pass to get in and make sure everything is fine. Would definitely recommend and will book again in future! 😀

Highly recommend Jacqueline
This was our first family holiday abroad as we normally holiday on the UK but hadn’t been away at all for a couple of years. We wanted it to be right and an amazing experience for us all. I contacted Jacqueline for help and guidance on the whole thing. She was amazing from start to finish. She made it stress free, easy and I would highly recommend her services to anyone. I will certainly be booking through her again in the future. The flights and transfers all went according to plan and no hassles. Jacqueline had printed out everything for us, checked us in and honestly made it all so easy for us. The hotel was fantastic and I’d highly recommend it to anyone. It ticked all the boxes for us. We as a family made the most amazing memories.
