Superb
Yet again we have just completed our 4th Holiday since January 2026 with the Ilkeston branch and no complaints whatsoever.
Cheryl took a long time to check out our Hotel requests would be suitable and it was certainly one of the best we have ever stayed at, so much so we are returning in November, thankyou.

The agency was welcoming and I dealt with Natasha who understood what I was looking for and helped put together my once in a lifetime holiday package. Natasha answered all of my queries and without any pressure. The booking process was easy and I wouldn't hesitate in using their services again.

I came in with only half an idea of what I wanted , but left with a perfect holiday for me and my family. I was put totally at ease , no rush just suggestions, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough enough , would definitely use them all the time now ,

Booked a time at Ilkeston branch. When we arrived Lily had already looked at the holiday that we were interested in. Lisa was very pleasant and also very efficient. The holiday was booked without any hitches.

Cheeky little last minute break
Asked Cheryl the manager at Ilkeston to find us a last minute break, she didn't disappoint as always, she is brilliant at her job, it is a pleasure to visit the Ilkeston store all the staff are lovely.
