We feel Vanessa goes beyond 5*, she goes out of her way to help with professional advice nothing is to much trouble. She will always try to get us the best options. We would highly recommend her to all our friends and family.

Patient and understanding of SEN needs.
Cheryl listened and understood the needs of our family. She was patient and made so many useful suggestions. I am really pleased with what she found. It was a pleasure booking with her.

Holiday from hell
Had to pay 120 Euros to change our room as we where in a basement with no lift only stairs when making the booking we advised we wanted a balcony +lift first and last time booking with Hays Travel.

Too easy and stress free booking
Pre booking with a deposit when a holiday drops for 2 years time has been a lovely experience.
The experience of the staff to advise if cheapest pricing options and the knowledge of holiday company habits of elevating prices after a short period . The efficiency and ease at which I was able to book my cruise has been so stress free. It feels too easy to book a big holiday .
