Rosie from the hull city centre branch was really friendly listened to what we wanted and got us that exact holiday she wasn’t pushy or just trying to sell us any holiday couldn’t recommend enough

Hull Store - Visit / 5 Star!
We went into the Hull store and sat with Emillie, she has been absolutely amazing, helped us with all our questions and queries. It was the smoothest we have booked a holiday and this one is very special because it's our honeymoon. So thank you Hays Travel for helping us with this!

Booking our first cruise
My wife and I visited the Hull city centre shop for a general enquiry regarding a cruise. We have been on many holidays around the world, but never been on a cruise. We were dealt with by Emille, who was very friendly, polite, professional and obviously very knowledgeable. There was no hard sell and the various options were explained to us in detail. Emille made booking the cruise a pleasant experience and as stated we were not pressurised into booking upgrade and trips etc.

Two of us called into the Hull branch…
Two of us called into the Hull branch of Hayes to only make enquiries.
Approx half hour later walked out, having booked!
The young lady was so helpful, not only Krakow sorted, but 2 trips and airport parking! Brilliant job!
