Excellent service. Made time to chat through several holiday options for us and were extremely helpful. We always visit this branch when booking our holidays because of the service provided.

Emma was fantastic
Emma was fantastic, she rang the holiday company for us, booked our seats, explained about the insurance I needed to take out due to a medical condition, nothing was too much trouble. Really pleased, would definitely recommend.

Ski trip to Italy 26
Jill at the Horwich branch. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. Organising a ski trip to Italy for our group wasn’t the easiest task, especially since some of us were travelling from London Despite that, Jill and her colleague handled everything with a smile and made the entire process feel completely stress-free.
She took the time to understand our needs, offered great advice, and went out of her way to make sure every detail was taken care of. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and her communication was clear and timely throughout. Thanks to her, we now feel confident and excited about our ski trip next year.
We truly can’t thank Jill enough,she made what could have been a complicated process feel simple. Highly recommended
