Trust in the name
The staff are extremely knowledgable and as a result we were able to tailor our booking to a company that specializes in twin centre holidays rather than a bigger name .the honiton branch has restored our faith with hays having had a poor experience at another branch so fingers crossed xx

Understanding of the situation
The agent, Samantha, was extremely helpful, quickly understood that my travelling was for the purpose of a pilgrimage, and that the times of arrival and departure of a friend who was joining me had to be taken into account. I was delighted with Samantha's handling of all my requirements.
