Great service!
Service fine but having booked an onward coach trip to Exeter I was disappointed to discover that National Express no longer go straight from the airport!
I travelled with a falcon coach instead....the driver of which said they had an agreement with National Express and now carry their passengers.... might be an idea to check if this is true!

Afternoon, We hope you had a wondeful trip , we can confirm the national express use the Falcon direct service as shown on your ticket on the "outbound journey" section this has been operated by falcon for some time now as direct coach service 24 hours a day between Exeter and Bristol, we hope this clarifies this for you.
