Jane the agent at Hays,was extremely helpful and friendly.It made our booking so easy,and was able book the little extras that you can’t always do on line.Plus we were thinking of doing a Caribbean cruise next year,which she gave us some details of,and we are going to book that as well.Great service.

I only regret that we got stuck on the travel insurance part. As the travel agents were unsure of my 2 health conditiions , both dormant and causing no issues. I was transferred to the medical people. And they refused cover because at some point I may have to have a cataract op. No date as yet and probaby beyond late autumn. So .... Leila
