I saw both Charlotte and Ellie and both were very efficient in getting the booking done - answering questions, clarifying concerns, putting me at ease. We had done some of our own hotel research so the booking agents were not too pushed to give hotel advice.
I anticipate a satisfactory conclusion when we pick up our documents in September after they have been checked by the staff.

Charlotte at the Hassocks office very professional and knowledgeable. No fault of hers the booking became quite complicated due to P&O but we worked through pragmatically and achieved our ultimate goal
