She nabbed us a great deal on a luxury cruise for my Big Birthday, and as novice cruisers, Hannah was really informative about best cabin decks and positions. Dealing with 26 people on trip is hard enough, Hannah made the booking process so so easy, the area the hotel is spot on for our needs.
