Excellent Service.
Ami worked hard to get us the cruise and stay we wanted at a good price.
It is useful to have their shop in the mall to pop into if we have any queries. All staff are helpful

Excellent service from Karen the holiday rep who came in on her day off especially to help me and my two friend find an affordable cruise.
Everything was explained, transport to ship and cabins were booked.Documents were also printed

Warm welcome as always.
We were met by Jayden’s who was warm and welcoming. Having no preconceived ideas of where we wanted to go she asked questions and proceeded to offer locations. Eventually we ended up looking at Cyprus.
We gave her the name of a hotel we remembered from a previous visit and she found it for us. The holiday was booked and we were done.
This is the fourth or fifth time we have booked with Hays and they have always found us a good holiday.
They whole service they offer is great.

Karen was very knowledgeable about about cabins on the ship where was a better place to have a cabin .She also helped with getting our party opposite as one was a single lady.Karen was also very pleasant and patient as we looked at a few cruises .The out come and price was what we wanted.
