A very positive first experience with Hay's travel

Mentioned what I wanted and duration ship size and amenities. Cruise & stay and an add on of another cruise . As always he’s like a knight in shining armour always comes up with the perfect holiday . Has great communication skills is on the ball and best of all he’s on the end of the phone if there’s anything I need to. Would never use any other T/A
