Megan at the Goring branch helped us book our holiday. Megan was very helpful, very clear and precise, answered all our questions, was very thorough, kept checking with us that what she was doing was what we wanted and that we were happy with the holiday.

Isaac managed to find a cheaper holiday. He was knowledgeable and efficient in the way he dealt with our holiday. I was treated courteously throughout the phone call. Everything was explained clearly. We now have a holiday to look forward to .
