Our third year with Hays in Goring. Megan has worked patiently and with a lot of effort to help me get my husband to a place where he can book a holiday (severe flying phobia).

Spoke with Karen who was extremely pleasant and personable and who dealt with us very well. She discussed all our issues and found answers over the phone to put our holiday together. Only problem was peripher noise from other machines / telephones. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Great service.
We spoke to Chelsea and were very impressed at how quickly she was able to find a particular holiday we requested. It took a lot of stress and time out of trying to sort out the final details yourself. Great service.

I decided to go to Hays local office after we had spent hours trawling websites looking at holidays and going round in circles.
Megan at Hays was great, she made everything easy for us and within an hour or so we had booked, paid and sorted the travel insurance! Thank you!

Our Singapore and Bali anniversary celebration.
Received contact from Megan at our local Worthing store from that moment all fell into place, we requested particular flights Megan got them, we wanted a particular hotel accommodation Megan got it. Perfect professional service.
