Excellent service, Maisie at the Goole branch really looked after us. Looked for better deals, changed a hotel for a better located one, couldn't be more helpful

After our holiday company went into administration, we contacted Hays, and Katie couldn't be more helpful. Sent her tonnes of questions and then went in after a week and booked. Super accommodating and highly recommend!

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Saw the holiday advertised on social media went into branch for more info and pricing was given really good information from Manager Beverley and Area Manager Jonathan about locations and things to do in the area the hotel is based, email sent in good time with prices as I had to get back to work gave Beverley all my details to get the holiday inputted so when I came back next day all I had to do was pay deposit. Quick and easy booking happy with competitive prices lovely little shop and excellent knowledgeable staff!!

The staff were all very helpful, polite & professional.

What a fantastic, welcoming team led by the very warm, friendly and personable Jonathan. I had a lovely time engaging with them and the service was good. I was surprised when Jonathan presented me with a bottle of Prosecco and I had my photo taken with Alyssa. I would highly recommend them for booking a holiday.
