We would never book through anyone else. All the staff are excellent. They are willing to go that extra mile to make sure the holiday is perfect for what you want, even if you are not sure what indeed you do want.

Excellent Customer Service
Jill at Hays in Glenrothes listens carefully to what you are looking for and always comes back with 2 or 3 perfect holiday choices. She is extremely knowledgeable about cruises and was able to give us advice and answer all the questions we had. She also has a great manner and provides excellent customer service.
