Company has employed a fantastic guy Ian - so patient - polite - helpful - courteous answered multiple questions from us he took time to go right through system ti offer us a great package - which we booked wirhout hesitation - we could never have found this online ourselves

Ian tried every possible option to book us the hotel we had chosen with success. We now have the holiday we wanted exactly as we wanted it- all done in an efficient and friendly manner.
Would not consider going anywhere else to book.

Jay was very helpful
Jay was very helpful, the only disappointing thing was on our Hayes booking we had bed and breakfast , but when I checked the hotel confirmation on getting home it is room only . Contacted Jay who checked the booking for us. It is just room only, to add breakfast on was quite expensive so haven't done as yet, but was told can phone anytime to do this before our weekend break.

Very friendly and helpful
We walked past and noticed a lady was free so we popped in to see about a last minute break.
Siana was really helpful and found us a perfect holiday. She wasn’t pushy and showed us several options to choose from.
Would definitely book with her again.

Very helpful and polite staff at Gordon St office.
My wife and I have booked a few holidays via Hays and have all their staff are very helpful.
At the Gordon st office all the travel agents are exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable, patient and polite. They do not pressurise you into sales unlike other TAs we have tried using.
Would recommend this TA and this office.
