A boys holiday…
Rang to Gemma about a boys holiday away. She beat all the prices we could find and advised us on a little upgrade to good to be missed l. Will definitely use Gemma again.

Excellent service very patient at our changing mind of 3 holidays.
Very accomodating in finding what we asked for with specifics on deposits and dates and airports.
Not at all hard selling or pushy which we have found other Hays travel reps to be or lacking in C/S skills (Paul and Michelle)
Will continue to book through Gemma after a pleasant and efficient service

Out of this world
Gemma was fantastic booking our holiday nothing was a problem,, answered out questions straight away,
Cape Verde was out of This world she found us the what hotel, and explained about excursions to do tui was fab from getting in the plane, transfers, and any questions they was at the hotel very helpful, over all gemma we can’t thank u enough no stress holiday thank you so much xxx
