I have been to hays travel a few times, you always get welcomed from everyone when you arrive. There always very helpful and polite, and they try and try until they find exactly what I want and I always get a good deal.

Very helpfull staff went out of their way to put our holiday together and gave us plenty of options. We always buy our currency here and all the staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
