Booked through Hays for second time. The agent was great and took her time looking for what we hoped for, which we found. Was happy to troll through what was available. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Booking went through smoothly.

I will always use Hays travel agents to help me with my holiday. The staff are experienced, helpful, friendly and kind mannered. The booking is quick and staff give useful advice and are always there to help. I find that the staff have visited many of the countries and hotels themselves and always give a true and accurate account of their own experience.
