We were seen immediately we went into Hays travel, we saw an advisor called Laura, she was so helpful, went through so many different options of holidays to us, she was friendly and took her time explaining everything to us, we went back the next day after considering our options and booked the holiday with her .

Holiday booking - very good service
The member of staff to whom I spoke was very knowledgeable. When I told her the type of holiday I wanted, where, when etc., she provided me with all details very quickly. She was pleasant, patient and approachable. I was provided with instant oral and instant feedback.
