We were able to discuss possible…
We were able to discuss possible holidays and were treated very politely. Given time to think about what was on offer and come back another day and book what we had talked about. We wait with anticipation to see if the hotel, holiday etc. lives up to what we have booked.

Quite a stressful experience.…
Quite a stressful experience..not the sales assistants fault but it took a lot of time to link flights up with a hotel . We were unable to secure a double room as the sssistant warned the price could change whilst trying to do so.so ended up with a twin .
Also we were thrown out of the system so had to start from scratch. So it took a long time to book from start to finish.Not the best experience to be honest .
