This was our second visit to Hays this week and we again booked another holiday through the same sales rep Peter in their Fareham branch he told us a lot of things we were unaware of and some great tips for other cruises very knowledgeable.

Great service. Very helpful.
Peter was very helpful. Didn't mind shopping around for best deals. Explained everything need to know and explained procedure after booking e.g tickets, check in etc. Also arranged assistance boarding.
